You can book this package anytime throughout the year, except during Spring (some routes are closed due to the melting of Ice)

Payment Terms
In terms of payment, we shall charge a 20% deposit when the booking is made. After which when the trips gets closer we charge for the rest of the amount. We could ofcourse, come to an agreement in regards to if you would like to pay for the rest in one payment or more for that matter. But the main point to be kept in mind is that 20% is paid straight after booking and the trip is to be fully paid before the it to start.
Cancellation Terms
Day tours :
If you cancel any day trip with more than 7 days notice you will be refunded 90% of the trip amount.
If you would cancel the trip with less than 7 days before your the departure date you will be refunded 70% of the trip amount.
If you cancel your the trip with less than 2 days notice (48 hours) no refund will be given.
Multi day adventures :
If you cancel the multi day adventure tour with more than 4 weeks notice you shall be refunded 90% of the trip amount.
If you cancel the trip with less than 4 weeks in advance, you will be refunded 50% of the trip amount.
If you cancel the trip with less than 7 days notice no refund will be given.
If you cancel a group booking on the multi day tours- the final name list needs to arrive 4 weeks before the trip starts. No refund after final name list will be received.
