Day 1: Arrival in Bergen
Arrive at Bergen airport, pick-up your rental car and begin your drive to Bergen for your first overnight stay.
Bergen is known the world over as the gateway to the fjords of Norway. The city is surrounded by one of the world’s most spectacular tourist attractions, the Norwegian Fjords, which have been designated on UNESCO’s World Heritage List.
Day 2: Magnificent Fjords and The world´s best Train Journey
After your overnight stay in Bergen, your drive will continue to Voss, the outdoor capital of Norway. Voss is located between the famous fjords of Sognefjord and Hardangerfjord. Voss is well known for the wide range of outdoor activities on offer, including horseback riding, rafting and hiking. If you wish to go hiking, lace up your boots and hike to the breath-taking viewpoint from Stegastein, situated 6 kilometers from the center of Aurland and 650 meters above sea level. Drive in the afternoon to Sogndal area for an overnight stay.
Day 3: Breheimen National Park and Geiranger Fjord
Enjoy breakfast in the Sogndal vicinity and begin your journey to the Breheimen National park in Jostedalen. Jostedalen is a valley between two wonderful national parks. You can participate in one of the many exciting activities offered in the glacier area, for example glacier hiking, kayaking in a glacier lake, or simply enjoying the amazing nature in Jostedalen. For the latest information and activities we recommend a stop at the visitor’s center at the entrance of the Jostedal Glacier National Park.
After exploring Jostedalen, it is time to continue your journey to Hellesylt. Hellesylt is a small village surrounded by mountains and valleys in Møre and Romsdal. From Hellesylt you will board a ferry that will take you over to Geiranger. Geirangerfjorden is often considered one of the most beautiful fjords in the world, and is one of Norway’s most popular attractions.

Day 4: Trollstigen and The Atlantic Road
In Geiranger you will start your journey by driving up the twist and turns of the steep Eagle’s Road. We highly recommend a short stop at the viewpoint located in the upper part of the road where you can view the famous Seven Sisters waterfall.
Your journey proceeds to the Atlantic Road, a road that is considered by many to be the world`s most beautiful drive. There are plenty of opportunities to enjoy the view of the Atlantic Ocean, many birds, and perhaps you might even spot some seals if you are lucky. Conclude the day’s drive in Kristiansund where you will spend your evening and stay for the night.

Day 5: Kristiansund – Trondheim
Day five is dedicated to the friendly town of Kristiansund and all the exciting activities on offer in the town. In Kristiansund there is a wide range of activities on offer such as: hiking, kayaking, city walks, sea bird tours, boat tours, historical tours on foot and much more. Let us know what you are looking for and we can help you to make a plan that makes the most of your day in Kristiansund. After your day in Kristiansund you will drive to Trondheim for an overnight stay.
Day 6: The Hurtigruten Coastline cruise to Bergen
After an early breakfast in Trondheim prepare yourself to board the cruise ship that will take you to Bergen. With this tour, you will sail along Norway’s beautiful coastline while relaxing on your way to Bergen.

Day 7: The Coastline and Bergen
Enjoy your morning on the cruise ship, sailing along the beautiful fjords all the way to Bergen. You will see beautiful views of Bryggen and Fløyen. You are scheduled to arrive in the afternoon and spend the rest of your day in Bergen. For your evening in Bergen you can find a large variety of delicious international restaurants, small cafés, bars and nightclubs. Day 8: Departure
After breakfast and depending on your flight schedule, you can take the airport shuttle Flybussen to the airport for your return flight home, or consider booking an extra night in the vibrant city of Bergen.
